Delivery

In the case that your piece is in stock, it will ship within 2–3 business days. All pieces are made to order, with a typical production time of 2–3 weeks, depending on the intricacy of the design. We take this time to give each piece the care it deserves, while always doing our best to have it on its way to you as soon as possible. If anything changes or your order needs a little more time, we’ll keep you informed. And if you have a particular date in mind, please get in touch before ordering and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timing.

Complimentary insured shipping is included throughout Europe. For destinations outside Europe, a €60 insured international shipping fee applies. Orders over €2,000 receive complimentary insured shipping worldwide.

All orders are shipped with UPS, fully tracked and insured, and require a signature upon delivery.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties and taxes may apply. These are determined by the destination country, are not included in your order total, and are the responsibility of the customer. We do not calculate or collect these charges. Please check the applicable charges in your country before placing your order.

If you have any questions before placing your order, we’re always happy to help. We can also send you a short video of your finished piece before shipping, so you can see it in its final form before it makes its way to you.

Returns

Eligible pieces may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unworn and returned in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning an item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for orders shipped outside Europe. For orders within Europe, complimentary shipping is not deducted from the refund.

If you would like us to arrange your return, we can provide a UPS return label upon request, with the cost of the return shipment deducted from your refund. If you choose to arrange your own return shipment, we recommend using a tracked and insured service, as the piece remains your responsibility until it reaches us.

To start a return, please email info@damlabal.com with your order number, name, email address, and the item you wish to return. If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, please state this clearly. We’ll confirm your request and provide the next steps for returning your piece.

Duties & Taxes on Returns

If you are returning an item from outside the European Union (for example, from the USA or UK), any import duties and taxes paid upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded by us. To enquire about reclaiming these charges, please contact the relevant customs authority or courier in your country and provide proof that the item has been returned.
