Orders & Shipping

Every piece is carefully prepared before it leaves us. If your piece is already in stock, it can be sent to you promptly. If it is being made especially for you, please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for it to be completed, depending on the intricacy of the design. Your piece will then be sent with UPS, fully tracked and insured.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes and any applicable customs or handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. UPS may contact you directly to arrange payment before delivery.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Each piece is made individually to order, so we kindly ask you to consider your purchase carefully before placing an order. If you have any questions about a piece, sizing, or anything else, please get in touch before ordering. We’re always very happy to help you make the right choice.

Care Instructions

Like all fine jewellery, your piece will benefit from a little care to keep it beautiful over time. The satin finish can develop subtle reflections when it comes into contact with the natural oils from your skin, and your fingertips. If you notice this, simply wash the piece gently with mild soap and water, then dry it thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth.

Over time, areas of the satin finish that come into frequent contact with your skin or clothing may gradually become more polished and develop a softer, glossier appearance. This is a natural part of the way the finish evolves with wear.

To help slow this process and keep your piece looking its best for longer, we recommend removing your jewellery before sleeping, swimming, bathing, showering or exercising. It’s also best to avoid prolonged contact with perfumes, lotions and harsh chemicals.

When you’re not wearing your jewellery, keep it in a box to prevent dust from settling into the small details and recessed areas. Please store each piece separately to avoid rubbing and scratches, especially from chains, clasps or other jewellery.
